Adoll is an all-in-one sales and marketing software that includes more than 10 tools within one platform, including but not limited to:

- Sales and marketing tools

3. User Responsibilities

By using Adoll, you agree to:

4. Refund Policy

Adoll offers a 7-day refund policy on all initial transactions. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of your first transaction.

- No Refunds After 7 Days: After the 7-day period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By continuing to use our services after 7 days, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. EMI Payment Terms

- Payment Schedule: If you purchase Adoll services on an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) plan, you agree to adhere to the payment schedule specified during the purchase process.

- Grace Period: If a payment is not made within 30 days of the due date, Adoll provides a 7-day grace period. During this period, you may complete your payment without additional penalties.

6. Consequences of Non-Payment

- Account Suspension: If payment is not received within the 37-day period (30 days plus the 7-day grace period), Adoll will suspend your account. During this suspension, access to all tools, features, and data will be restricted.

- No Refunds for Suspension: In the event of account suspension due to non-payment, Adoll is not liable to provide any refunds for payments already made, including partial payments under the EMI structure.

7. Plan Conversion

- Lifetime Deal Conversion: If you have purchased a lifetime plan and fail to complete the payment within the 37-day period, your lifetime plan will automatically be converted into an annual subscription plan. The first annual payment will be due immediately upon conversion.

8. Account Termination

- Permanent Deletion: If payment is not made within 30 days after suspension, Adoll reserves the right to permanently delete the account. All associated data will be lost, and a new account must be purchased to regain access to Adoll’s services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on Adoll’s platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, and logos, are the intellectual property of Adoll and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from this content without express permission from Adoll.

10. Limitation of Liability

Adoll is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if Adoll has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Modifications to the Terms

- Adoll reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
