- : Resellers do not earn commissions for referring other affiliates.
-: Commissions are only generated when one of the Adoll Media products is sold to a customer.

Resellers Legal Policy:

-: Promising Gains: resellers must not promote the Adoll reselling opportunity in a manner that indicates or promises a luxurious lifestyle as a result of being a part of this program. For instance, content with expensive cars, locations, housing, or excessive amounts of money which may be used to persuade the user into signing up are prohibited unless you put a disclaimer stating that these gains were completely unique to you and are not promised or guaranteed to users of the Platform.
-: An reseller must not approach another user who is already under another reseller and try to convince them to join under them by using another account. It is strictly forbidden.
-: It is prohibited to use any trademark or brand name in your business which is identical to or similar to any of our brand name or domain name, or derivative thereof, in a manner which is likely to cause deception or confusion, whether during or after the Term, in any video or site created that is promoting the platform and the tools/features it presents.
-: "An Adoll reseller is limited to owning only one reselling account or any account type that allows commission generation. Multiple reselling accounts per user are strictly prohibited. Adoll Media enforces this policy to ensure fairness and integrity in our reselling program."
White Label Account Policy:
-: "White-label account holders are prohibited from selling subaccounts for a price lower than the official Adoll price. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension of both the white-label account and all subaccounts under it."
-: "White-label account holders must not display pricing on any public platform (including websites) that is below Adoll’s official pricing. Failure to comply with this will result in the termination of the white-label account and associated subaccounts.."
-: "Adoll reserves the full right to stop or suspend any white-label account and its subaccounts if it is found that the terms related to pricing and price display are violated.."
-: "White-label account holders are not permitted to offer or extend white-label account access to any of their sub accounts. Breach of this policy will lead to immediate suspension of the white-label account and all associated subaccounts."
-: "White-label account holders are not allowed to offer more than 50% commission to their resellers or affiliates. Offering commissions beyond this limit will result in the suspension of the white-label account and its subaccounts.

By using Adoll's white-label services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Violation of any of the policies will lead to enforcement actions as deemed necessary by Adoll.
