Adoll Refund Policy: Effective Date: [15th December 2023]

1. 7-Day Refund Policy with GST

Eligibility: Customers who pay the required 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on their purchase are eligible for a refund within 7 days of making their first transaction.

After the initial 7-day period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. By continuing to use our services after 7 days, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be available under any circumstances.

- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.


2. No Refund Without GST

At Adoll, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy for customers who choose not to pay the required 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on their purchase. By opting out of GST, you acknowledge and accept that:

- Ineligibility for Refund: Customers who decline to pay the applicable GST are not entitled to any refunds under any circumstances. This includes both the 7-day refund window and any subsequent requests for refunds, regardless of the situation.

- Final Sales: All purchases made without GST are considered final. Once a transaction is completed without GST, there will be no refunds, credits, or adjustments issued for any reason.


3. EMI Payment Terms

- Payment Schedule: If you purchase Adoll services under an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) plan, you agree to adhere to the payment schedule specified during the purchase process.

- Grace Period: If payment is not made within the 30-day period, Adoll provides a 7-day grace period to complete the payment without penalties.

4. Consequences of Non-Payment

- Account Suspension: If payment is not received within the 37-day period (30 days plus the 7-day grace period), Adoll will suspend your account. During this suspension, access to all tools, features, and data will be restricted.

- No Refunds for Suspension: In the event of account suspension due to non-payment, Adoll is not liable to provide any refunds for payments already made, including partial payments under the EMI structure.

5. Plan Conversion

Lifetime Deal Conversion: If you have purchased a lifetime plan and fail to complete the payment within the 37-day period, your lifetime plan will automatically be converted into an annual subscription plan. The first annual payment will be due immediately upon conversion.


6. Account Termination

- Permanent Deletion: If payment is not made within 30 days after suspension, Adoll reserves the right to permanently delete the account. All associated data will be lost, and a new account must be purchased to regain access to Adoll’s services.

7. Acceptance of Policy

- By purchasing any Adoll account or service, you agree to and accept this refund policy in its entirety. This policy is binding and enforceable from the moment of transaction.

Sorry to go, Simply go to your profile - Billing- Cancel your account. Remember, it may take up to 48 hours to cancel your subscription payment.
